- 1 Rosaly Cabbage, shredded finely (small)
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Put the butter, curry powder, sugar and salt in a saucepan, let it melt and sizzle a little, then add the cabbage. Stir well, put the lid on and steam on a low heat until cooked. You may have to add a tiny drop of water depending on the cabbage.
